3 reasons to get into Athletics
Athletics never gets boring!
There are so many different events in athletics, which gives your kids plenty of choice. Do they fancy some running Check. Maybe they’d like to do some high jump Check. The possibilites are endless! (not really but you catch our drift).

Athletics can be both a singles sport and a team sport, depending on which event you’re taking part in. It helps kids learn how to work alone, and how to work as part of a team.
Athletics even helps your kids to eat properly!
