What do parents think?
Sadie and I have really enjoyed baby yoga. It is a great time to interact with other babies and helps mums to meet other mums. We recommend baby yoga highly. Thanks very much Michele!
I took my daughter Molly to this class, to help her as she has a few tummy problems and sleeping….she loves the class, she is only 20 months and has picked up the actions to the songs, loves doing the downward dog and cycle legs. and best part is that within 10 minutes of leaving she sleeps soundly for a good few hours!
If you are looking for a class for both you and your baby then look no further! My daughter and I attended this class and we both loved it! Sam is fab and no two weeks are the same, the class mixes gentle exercise for Mummy with baby massage, songs and sensory – so in effect you get 4 classes for 1! Highly recommended!
No yoga experience is required and everyone is welcome - parents, grandparents, carers, aunts, uncles - our policy is that you only do what you are comfortable with and enjoy the experience.
